Working notes

DLI states ch. 4714 took effect Dec. 17 2021, incorporates 2018 UPC with Minnesota amendments, and regulates plumbing statewide. Contractor license is separate under Minn. Stat. 326B.46 with a $25000 bond (Revisor text). Revisor 2021 ch. 4714 PDF note line reads Dec. 27 2021 - treated as a typographical discrepancy; DLI code page and DLI rulemaking docket (270-day lag under Minn. Stat. 326B.13 subd. 8) both give Dec. 17 2021. No official state source stating a state permit regime was found - permit field left blank.
